Formed in 2017 Marless are a traditional Scottish Folk and Ceilidh Band with experience of playing for a wide variety of occasions including parties, ceilidhs, weddings, conferences, festivals and sporting events.
The name Marless came about after our guitar player Alan appeared at practice in unmatched socks (the local word for this is Marless)
Band members play a range of musical instruments including fiddle, keyboard, mandolin, cello, guitars, banjo and drums and can provide a range of different options for your event including background music, ceremony music, ceilidh dance music including expert dance caller.
Marless enjoy creating a tailored musical experience to suit individual occasions from small intimate gatherings to fun and inclusive ceilidhs with dances suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities.
